Job summary
Suntory Oceania is seeking a Beverage Technical & Development Manager to lead technical excellence for beverage manufacturing across Oceania, spanning formulation, processing, quality, sensory and materials governance. You will manage a team of technical professionals and partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and manufacturing sites.
Based in Auckland, NZ or Swanbank, QLD, AU, this role offers hybrid working and opportunities to drive innovation and capital projects within a global beverage
Qualifications
- Extensive beverage technical expertise across formulation and processing.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, sensory science and shelf-life.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risk.
- Experience auditing standards across multi-site networks.
- Skilled in structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical excellence for beverage manufacturing across Oceania.
- Drive best practices in formulation, processing and quality.
- Coach and develop a team of Product Technologists and Raw Materials Experts.
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, QA and manufacturing sites.
- Represent R&D in changes to existing products and packaging.
