Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a friendly Barista & Front of House team member to deliver excellent customer service, prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Join a busy cafe in Linwood-Central-Heathcote, Canterbury, New Zealand. You will greet customers, take orders, operate POS, and help keep the front of house and coffee area spotless.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Barista experience – able to handle making multiple coffees at one time and maintain speed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to company standards.
• Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS and handle cash/eftpos transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, coffee, and dining areas.
