Job summary

TRIBE Auckland is seeking a passionate Coffee Master (Barista) to join our outdoor coffee cart at Fort Street in the heart of Auckland's CBD. You'll deliver consistently exceptional beverages, create welcoming experiences, and embody TRIBE's bold, authentic personality.

As our face of the coffee culture, you'll work outdoors, engage guests, help with stock control and day-to-day operations, and share your passion for local products and seasonal offerings while collaborating with a lively

Qualifications

• Strong espresso-making and milk texturing skills.
• Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality and guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organised during busy periods.
• Positive, energetic and proactive attitude.
• Comfort working outdoors in a coffee cart environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
