Your Role

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team

• Assist with menu development, social media, and event management
• Manage stock, ordering, and costs
• Be hands-on on the floor when needed

Requirements

• Bar management or senior hospitality experience
• Current Duty Manager’s Certificate & valid NZ work visa
• Strong people skills and team-building ability
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Organised, reliable, and thrives under pressure
