What you’ll do

As a renowned expert in lending, you'll thrive on building long-lasting relationships with our customers, strategic community groups, and local partnerships. You'll use your business development skills to identify new lending opportunities and provide tailored advice and solutions to meet our customers' evolving needs. With a focus on delivering exceptional experiences, you'll utilise industry-leading technology to provide seamless, tailored solutions through our customers' preferred channels.

  • At least 2 years’ experience from within the financial services industry, with expert knowledge of AML and other related regulation is essential
  • An understanding of credit risk and residential lending principles
  • Strong existing connections and rapport in the local community or confidence to build this
  • Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, Level 5 (Lending strand) is desired
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
