Banking and Accounts Receivable – Full-time (Mon–Fri). Spacious Corporate Offices based in Greenlane, Central Auckland.

Our Head Office in Greenlane has a full-time position for an experienced Banking and Accounts Receivable applicant to join our Finance and Administration Team.

A degree in accounting would be an ideal base; however, we would also consider candidates qualified by experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Business Central
  • Accounts Receivable and debtor management
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Liaise with funding agencies (e.g. WINZ and MOH)
  • Maintain internal control systems and assist in year-end annual reports/audit process
  • Continuous improvement of systems, processes and documentation
Ideal You Will Have
  • 2+ years\' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with credit control, accounts receivable, debtor management, budgeting and financial accounting preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Well-organised, attention to detail and excellent time management skills
