Job summary

George Weston Foods in Auckland is seeking Production Operators for the Morning Shift. This full-time, on-site role is fast-paced, hands-on, and involves operating a range of bakery equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

You will set up and run machinery, handle food products with care, ensure cleanliness and safety, and complete production documentation. A positive team attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication under fast-paced shift conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Good numeracy and writing/record-keeping for production docs.
• Knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP desirable).
• Able to lift up to 25 kg regularly during shift and work in hot/cold environments.
• Forklift license is preferred for some roles.
