A leading supermarket in Christchurch seeks an enthusiastic Bakery Department Assistant to manage operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager. This full-time role requires dedication to customer service and organizational skills to maintain high quality standards and drive innovation in product offerings.
We are a large Supermarket in a competitive area where we are seeking an innovative, energetic and enthusiastic person to help assist in the management our Bakery. We require someone with the ability and passion to continue to challenge and grow the business.
The successful applicant is a person who can plan, organise, lead and control the operations of the Bakery Department alongside, and, in the absence of the Bakery Manager.

This is a full-time, waged position, reporting directly to the Bakery Manager. You will be required to do early starts and also late starts as we run our production through to mid evening.
