Job description

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area and we need an innovative and customer-focused team member to join our Bakery Department. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers playing a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide variety of quality bakery products, whilst maintaining the cleanliness of the department.

Successful candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, thrive under pressure, and exhibit physical agility and positivity. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with regular customers, providing them with the exceptional experience they deserve. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for food and customer service.

Day to day tasks:

• Assisting the Bakery team with afternoon packaging, pricing and presenting our Bakery products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Bakery department
• Maintaining the implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements.

The hours for the role are:

• Monday: 4.00pm-8.00pm
• Tuesday: 4.00pm-8.00pm
• Sunday: 4.00pm-8.00pm

No experience needed, as full training will be provided.
