Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited is seeking a talented, full-time Cake Baker to join the busy in-store Bakery team at PAK’nSAVE Hornby. You must be a qualified baker with a passion for crafting delicious cakes and perfectly baked breads.

The role offers an excellent working environment, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team that values quality and community. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 3.30am to 1.00pm (45 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Baker (priority).
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Bake cakes, breads and related pastries for the in-store bakery.
• Work reliably in a busy team and also independently when needed.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and food safety standards.
• Manage time to meet daily baking deadlines.
