Job summary

Qantas Group's Jetconnect division seeks a dedicated trainer to deliver Aviation Safety Training, Aviation Medical, Security Training, and other essential instruction for aircrew. This full-time, ground-based position requires careful assessment of crew competencies and precise documentation, with the ability to work with a remote workforce.

Successful candidates will have aviation experience, a valid First Aid Certificate, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of aviation experience.
• Valid First Aid Certificate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in emergency procedures, manual handling, aviation security and medical procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Physical fitness and flexibility to work unsupervised and in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions, examinations, and assessments for aircrew.
• Develop and update training materials to align with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure meticulous completion and filing of all training-related documentation.
• Represent Flight Training to provide services to external clients while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Uphold safety leadership by adhering to Group Management Systems and Policy.
