Job summary

BNP Associates, Inc. in Auckland, New Zealand, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex airport and warehousing projects. You will coordinate with designers, engineers, and executives, lead project teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from start to finish.

Requirements include 5+ years in project management, experience with BHS or warehousing, and strong client relations. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sim 3D, and MS Office is advantageous. Limited remote work offered.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in New Zealand.
Background checks and security screening to obtain airport security badges.
Ideally 5+ years experience with Baggage Handling Systems or Warehousing.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (preferably in BHS).
Experience with large design and development groups and strong client rapport.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison and SME for clients and contractors.
Coordinate with Designers, Project Engineers, Directors, and Executives to manage staff and develop reports and documentation.
Author reports and specifications; provide technical explanations of specifications.
Mentor junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Designers.
Manage baggage handling requirements, analytics, and design development.
Oversee on-site surveys, inspections, installations, and equipment tests.
Manage budgets, schedules, and RFI responses.
Review specifications and system simulations; ensure quality of reports and drawings.
