AECOM in New Zealand is seeking a Regulatory Policy Lead to shape future aviation standards and grow the NZ aviation business. You will work with airport operators, government agencies and industry partners to build a nationally connected team across New Zealand and Australia.

This role combines strategic leadership with client development, mentoring, and delivering outstanding project outcomes. You will champion technical excellence and foster a culture of empowerment across a growing network.

Formación

• Significant experience in aviation or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven record of winning work and growing a business.
• Leadership coaching and development of people.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Chartered status or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and lead AECOM's Aviation business in New Zealand.
• Build trusted relationships with airport operators and regulators.
• Lead strategic pursuits, bids and major business development.
• Oversee project delivery, resourcing, and commercial performance.
• Define an inspiring vision for Aviation in NZ and align teams.
• Mentor a nationally integrated team and develop future leaders.
• Connect clients with expertise across NZ, Australia, and global network.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Represent AECOM in the NZ aviation sector to boost reputation.
• Foster a culture of support, challenge and empowerment.
