Job summary

Rutherford & Bond Toyota is seeking a fully qualified Automotive Technician with AVI to join the Lower Hutt team on a full-time basis. You will service and repair vehicles, perform diagnostic tests, and liaise with service advisors to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants should hold NZQA level four certification and have at least one year of experience. A NZ driver's license and WOF certification are preferred, with opportunities for training through Toyota New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Automotive Technician with NZQA level 4.
• One year experience as an Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities

Job description

Rutherford & Bond Toyota is looking for an Automotive Technician with AVI to join our Lower Hutt team on a full time basis.

The Role:

• Servicing and maintenance of vehicle systems
• Repairs and mechanical work
• Test driving vehicles to determine defects
• Liaising with service advisors

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Accuracy and quality focused
• Strong work ethic and enjoy a challenge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New Zealand Drivers Licence
• We are looking for someone with their WOF certification
