Job summary

Giltrap Group on the North Shore seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, service and repair vehicles to dealership and brand standards. You’ll perform diagnostics, services and repairs, and take vehicles for post-repair test drives to ensure peak performance.

We provide ongoing training to gain qualifications, a comprehensive CARE health and wellbeing programme, a paid day off on your birthday, and two paid days off to volunteer.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain clear communication with team and customers.
• Must hold a full, clean driver license.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, services and repairs to dealership and brand standards.
• Execute repair tasks and maintenance to meet quality expectations.
• Adhere to checklists and maintain exceptional quality standards.
• Take vehicles for test drives post-repairs to verify peak performance.
• Contribute to productivity and efficiency targets.
• Complete mandatory factory training to stay ahead of developments.
