Repco in Napier, NZ is seeking a Retail Assistant to help customers find parts, answer questions and complete sales at the till. You’ll be part of a friendly team that values great service and supports personal development.

You’ll contribute to store presentation, stock management and upsell opportunities while enjoying staff discounts and ongoing training in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Interest or knowledge of automotive products is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and parts lookups.
• Process sales at the till and handle transactions.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels, and support team goals.
