Repco Hornby in Christchurch is seeking an Automotive Parts Interpreter to assist trade and retail customers with expert parts knowledge and a focus on delivering genuine service.

You will bring automotive/mechanical experience, strong customer service, some sales exposure, good communication, and a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred). This full-time role offers training and career progression in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and communicate in technical and non-technical terms.
• Be a proactive, solutions-focused problem solver with sound computer skills.
• Be a driven team player who can also work independently.
• Have flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
