Job summary

Repco in Whangarei is recruiting an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join a friendly and fun team. You will provide technical support to trade and retail customers, build lasting relationships, and help customers with product recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42.5 hours), you will benefit from training, development opportunities, and staff discounts. Repco is part of the GPC Asia Pacific group, offering a global platform and ongoing career growth

Qualifications

• Demonstrate automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner.
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills.
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).

• Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.
• Build effective customer relationships.
• Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge.
