Scania NZ in Invercargill is looking for a Parts / Customer Service Advisor with strong automotive technical knowledge to support customers, collaborate with workshop and parts teams, and ensure a seamless service from booking to vehicle completion.

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
• A desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
