AA in Nelson is seeking a qualified Automotive Technician to perform servicing, repairs and inspections on a range of passenger and light commercial vehicles. You will diagnose faults, communicate findings clearly, and maintain AA safety standards while delivering great customer service.
You will work within a supportive workshop team, stay current with automotive technology, and contribute to our ongoing training and development culture.

As an Automotive Technician with the AA, you will play a key role in delivering trusted vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections that keep our Members and customers safely on the road. Working within a supportive workshop team, you will use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles while providing clear, professional advice and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining AA quality and safety standards, building strong customer relationships, and staying up to date with evolving automotive technology and industry best practice. You will also contribute to the success of the business by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant AA products and services where appropriate.
