Job summary

Double C Farming Company in New Zealand seeks an organised Programme Specialist to join our Auditing Services team on a 13-month fixed-term contract or secondment. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery of programmes, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance and accreditation requirements.

Based in Auckland with three days a week in Mt Wellington or Burnside offices, plus hybrid and WFH options, the role offers a stable full-time schedule, strong collaboration across regulators and

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with confidence engaging via phone and email.
• Strong data and reporting capabilities across databases, systems and MS Office.
• Solution-focused with judgement to find practical improvements.
• Resilience and adaptability under pressure and changing priorities.
• Experience in quality, compliance or audit; knowledge of organics and the Food Act is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery and support of assigned programmes.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines, informing customers and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, regulators and standard holders.
• Maintain accurate programme data, systems and records for compliance.
• Investigate issues, identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accreditation.
