Job summary

Specsavers Audiology is seeking an Audiology Professional for the Pukekohe & Thames stores in the Waikato/NZ. This part-time role (4 days per week) offers a flexible roster with Thursday–Saturday preference and a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus quarterly bonuses.

You will deliver personalised hearing care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide ongoing support, while collaborating with in-store retail teams and reporting to the Audiology Partner.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence required.
• Clinical background in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids.
• Strong administrative skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient-centered approach with empathy in hearing care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.
• Commitment to ongoing growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessments, fittings and ongoing support for hearing care.
• Work with in-store retail teams to deliver holistic services.
• Provide personalised hearing care and build strong patient relationships.
• Support a flexible, dynamic roster across Pukekohe and Thames stores.
