Due to an internal promotion, we’re hiring for our new Audience Analytics & AdTech Lead – Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping our audience data strategy and Adtech infrastructure that will drive real impact?

Job Description

With rich data at our fingertips, the Audience Analytics & Adtech Lead will own our customer data and audience strategy, and digital analytics and technologies roadmap, essentially overseeing the development, management, and deployment of our data and segmentation capabilities and AdTech infrastructure, from how audience data is used and digital advertising is deployed across platforms. Working closely with internal teams, vendors and partner suppliers to develop strategies to ensure we are maximising audience engagement to its fullest potential — both for our customers and the business.

Leading a team of circa 3x direct reports, you’ll help build capability, embed best practices, and influence continuous improvement of how data is viewed and managed (inc. collection, management, organisation and aggregation), driving alignment between enterprise systems and data workflows.

As the subject matter expert in this space, you'll bring clarity to complex challenges with practical, data-driven solutions — guiding others and aligning efforts to broader business goals.

Qualifications

Your ability to combine rich data, customer behaviour levers and technology capabilities will sum up success in the role. This role will see you work with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners so your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will put you in good stead.

  1. Strong experience in customer data strategy and AdTech
  2. Strong analytical mindset and data storytelling capabilities
  3. Deep understanding of measurement frameworks and how to apply them across digital channels for performance and experience optimization
  4. People management experience in managing teams and influencing cross-functionally
  5. A strategic and commercial mindset paired with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
  6. Deep understanding of 1st party data, audience segmentation, and digital marketing ecosystems
  7. Experience working across Advertising technologies and enterprise systems and driving operational efficiency
  8. Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution, optimization, and post-launch measurement
