Job summary

Noel Leeming in Auckland is seeking a Delivery & Installation team member to deliver and install whiteware products in customers’ homes and provide a top‑notch service experience. You will work with customers to determine the best placement, unpack and install items, and dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.

This permanent, full-time role offers full training and a buddy to guide you, with early start times and a focus on ensuring customers are delighted with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and friendly demeanour.
• Willingness to follow processes and uphold guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install whiteware products at customers' homes.
• Interact with customers to determine best setup and ensure a positive experience.
• Unpack, install, and dispose of packaging and old appliances as needed.
• Maintain the work area and uphold safety standards while driving.
