Grant Executive Search is seeking a Manager - Strategy Consulting in Auckland. This leadership role drives end-to-end project delivery, leads high-performing teams, and influences clients at the highest levels.

You'll mentor junior consultants, structure problem-solving approaches, translate data into actionable insights, and cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders while contributing to growth and thought leadership within the practice.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience from a Big 4, top-tier or boutique strategy consulting firm or from Investment Banking.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering strategic engagements.
• Superior problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data-driven analysis and modelling
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and develop client relationships.
• A team-first mindset and passion for growing people and capability within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing strategy initiatives and projects from planning to execution.
• Structuring problem-solving approaches and ensuring quality of insights and outputs.
• Mentoring junior consultants and driving capability-building within the team.
• Translate raw data into insights, implications, and actionable solutions
