Job summary

HR Connect Ltd seeks a Team Leader to provide technical leadership and support to the team across New Zealand and Australia. You will manage workloads and resources, support recruitment and development of technical staff, and deliver expertise to dealers, customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive continuous improvement, quality, safety and operational excellence, and provide commissioning support for global projects when required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and guiding field staff.
• Ability to manage workloads, resources and performance.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Strong technical expertise to support dealers, customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in driving quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Willingness to provide commissioning support for global projects.
• Ability to engage with New Zealand and Australia teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, guidance and support to the team.
• Manage team workloads, resources and performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of technical staff.
• Deliver technical expertise to dealers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Technicians across New Zealand and Australia.
• Support global technical team with training when required.
• Provide commissioning support for global projects when required.
• Provide feedback to NPD around product introduction and launch activities.
