Job summary

Waikato Milking Systems in Hamilton, New Zealand, seeks a Team Leader for Technical Services to provide leadership, guidance and support to a field-based team across NZ and Australia. You will manage workloads, recruit and onboard, and deliver expert technical support to dealers and customers.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence within a global technical services group, enabling capability development and strong stakeholder engagement.
