These include routine investigations to complex surgery, with their expertise supported by caring, professional nursing teams.

We're looking for an experienced perioperative nurse leader to join our team as an Associate Theatre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to make an immediate impact while broadening their leadership influence and supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.

You'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, developing future leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and service delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, leading through influence, and finding ways to bring out the best in others. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our perioperative service while helping create a workplace where both patients and staff can have an outstanding experience.

If you're passionate about leadership, committed to clinical excellence, and looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact beyond your own practice, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Southern Cross Hamilton Hospital.
