The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established general practice firm in the Manawatu for an experienced lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.

This is a role with real progression and succession planning opportunities in the near future. You'll have the chance to take on responsibility from the outset, work closely with clients and play an important role in the continued growth of the firm.

The firm has a strong and consistent workflow, with a varied mix of matters meaning no two days are the same. There is also scope to further develop the client base, so someone with strong networking and business development skills will be well suited to the opportunity.

About you

We're keen to hear from skilled and capable lawyers at Associate to Senior Associate level who are looking for a role with responsibility and a clear pathway for progression.

You’ll ideally have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

You’ll be someone who is confident working independently, enjoys building strong client relationships and is keen to contribute to the ongoing growth of a practice.
