Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Coordinating support for students with identified learning and/or behavioural needs.
• Liaising with staff, whānau, and external agencies.
• Developing and monitoring Individual Education Plans and other learning plans.
• Assisting with transition processes for students.
• Contributing to staff professional development in inclusive practices.

The successful applicant will:

• Be a NZ registered teacher.
• Have experience in working with students with diverse learning needs and a demonstrated commitment to inclusive learning practices.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Enjoy building positive relationships with students, staff, and whānau.
