About the Role

With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Associate Sales Representative is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex’s product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, Imaging & Resection, Shoulder Arthroplasty and Orthobiologics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting surgeons and Arthrex sales team with in-theatre based clinical support for sports med/orthopaedic surgeries
  • Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; and alerting Arthrex sales team to any potential opporunities
  • Supporting the Arthrex sales team in your assigned territory by delivering effective clinical case coverage and supporting sales team objectives
  • Providing clinical education and training on Arthrex product portfolio
  • Helping the sales team to implement their plans for the territory and be actively involved in case coverage, stock management and handle other administative tasks
About the Requirements
  • Successful clinical track record in allied health e.g. Scrub Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists or Paramedics looking to make a transition into the industry. Alternatively if you're a motivated person from a Sports Science/Fitness background this will be welcome too.
  • Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approach
  • Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
