Job summary

Rolleston College in Selwyn, Canterbury, seeks an outstanding leader to join our Senior Campus team as Associate Principal. This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to guide Year 12–13 teaching and learning.

You will strengthen a cohesive, values‑driven culture across both campuses, coach staff, foster professional learning, and build pathways with tertiary providers, industry, and community, while guiding curriculum,

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff across senior years.
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive practice and Te Tiriti partnerships.

Following the promotion of our Associate Principal, we are seeking an outstanding leader to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of our Senior Campus.

This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to;

Lead the operational and strategic development of the Senior Campus strengthening teaching and learning across Years 12–13, building a cohesive, values-driven culture across both campuses, supporting staff growth through coaching, inquiry, and professional learning and enhancing pathways through strong relationships with tertiary providers, industry, and community.

We are looking for a leader who:
