In this role, you will:
  • Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex stormwater infrastructure projects across Auckland and New Zealand.
  • Act as the technical lead for stormwater projects, providing guidance, quality assurance, technical review, and design governance.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including councils, asset owners and other infrastructure partners.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand AECOM's stormwater presence and market share.
  • Serve as an advocate for the business, contributing to business development, client engagement, and pursuit activities.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technical professionals, helping to build capability and foster career growth within the Auckland team.
  • Collaborate with modelling, design, and multidisciplinary teams across New Zealand and globally to deliver integrated water solutions.
  • Support technical excellence, project performance, risk management, and commercial outcomes across the water business.
