Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to join our Auckland Buildings & Places team. You will lead design leadership, project management and multidisciplinary delivery, influencing projects, clients and people.

You will work with engineers, architects and specialists to deliver integrated solutions across healthcare, aviation, defence, education and commercial sectors. You will have the scale of AECOM's NZ, Australian and global network behind you, with genuine influence over project delivery

Qualifications

• Senior engineering or building-services professional with leadership experience.
• Experience in design leadership, project management and multidisciplinary delivery.
• Ability to lead complex building projects and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design and delivery on complex building projects.
• Coordinate engineering, architectural and specialist disciplines.
• Lead design outcomes, programme, commercial performance and risk.
• Build long-term client relationships and mentor senior engineers.
• Support major bids, proposals and business development.
