Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing your own portfolio of clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include everything from administering complex wealth structures to ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies. You'll be drafting important documents, participating in global client meetings via video conference, preparing banking forms, and ensuring all relevant documentation is collected and filed appropriately. You'll also be tasked with onboarding new clients and acting as an authorised signatory. This role requires a high level of responsibility and dedication.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Associate Director position brings at least five years' experience in a fiduciary services or similar legal business with a focus on trust administration. You have demonstrated your ability to lead and manage a small team effectively. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to navigate multicultural environments with ease. You are known for developing influential relationships with key business contacts. Above all else, you have a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
