Overview

Primary Details Time Type: Full time, Location: Dunedin or Christchurch. Type: Permanent, full time. Flexible hybrid working environment, with a minimum 3 days in the office, following required training period.

The opportunity
  • Autonomous, administration role supporting Underwriters in our Property, Motor and Liability team.

  • Supportive team-leader, who’ll invest in your growth and development.

Your new role

Reporting to our Team Leader Administration, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. As an Assistant Underwriter your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administration support to the Underwriters and the team on insurance policies from new business, Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs), and renewals through to their cancellation or lapse.

  • Supporting activities such as managing credit control, production of Certificates of Insurance & processing policies and schedules.

  • Developing good working relationships and ensuring timely communication with all internal customers and stakeholders.

  • Happy to chat flexible working.

About you
