This is a full time opportunity (38 Hours per week). Sunday: 9.45am - 4.15pm | Monday to Thursday: 8.45am - 5.15pm.

Responsibilities

• Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:
• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily.
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
• Excelling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
