What You’ll Do
  • Lead, inspire, and make a difference every day.
  • As an Assistant Store Manager, be a key partner to the Store Manager, helping to drive performance and create a world-class store culture. Lead by example on the floor, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling like part of the PUMA family.
  • Support the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and profitability.
  • Coach and mentor team members, helping them smash their goals and grow in their roles.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep shoppers coming back.
  • Assist in managing stock, payroll, and operational excellence.
  • Help bring PUMA campaigns to life with engaging visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives
