A new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fabulous Newmarket store. This is your chance to support and mentor a close-knit team, while representing a leading brand in the sustainable fashion sector.

The successful applicant will be working Tuesday – Friday, 10.30am - 4.30pm, Saturdays 10am - 4.30pm (woohoo, no late nights!) Approx. 28 hrs a week with the potential for additional hours when required. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the store and sales team, assisting in leading your team to sales success.

Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively alongside the Store manager to drive sales success and foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by forming genuine connections with repeat customers, offering a high-end styling service and comprehensive breadth of product knowledge.
  • Assist with all stock management, administrative duties, and any staffing management support required
  • Drive in store operational excellence with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.

  • Be a motivated team player with a positive outlook and a drive to achieve team sales targets.
  • Have previous management experience in a retail / customer service environment - This is essential.
