Do the Mahi

Deliver outstanding customer service, leading by example and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

Support and develop the team, coaching them on sales techniques, customer interactions, and performance.

Achieve and exceed store targets, helping drive sales and team motivation.

Manage stock levels and visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented and meets brand standards.

Take charge of daily operations, including administration, banking, compliance, and rostering.

Ensure a safe store environment, following Postie’s Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion or apparel.

A team player who can inspire, develop, and support their colleagues.

Strong sales focus with an ability to set and achieve goals.

Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional public holidays.

A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude, you love what you do!
