• Experience in retail leadership or assistant management.

• Comfortable with stock control and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Step in as second-in-charge and run the store on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Coach and support your team to perform at their best.
• Get BRA-FIT certified and help customers find a life-changing fit.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting customer experience.
• Handle stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and KPIs.
