Forever New is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Auckland to lead a dynamic retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will roster staff, coach performance, oversee visual merchandising, and build strong relationships with customers and our Forever New community.

This role requires flexible hours, a passion for fashion, and the ability to create moments that celebrate our brand.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience
• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets
• A passion for coaching and leading teams
• You have had exposure to performance management
• You are a strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service
• You can execute effective roster management
• You have previous visual merchandising ability
• You’re open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required
• You understand fashion and trends
• You share a love for Forever New
