Your responsibilities will span customer service, workshop control, parts coordination, and technical support, with customer service and workshop leadership at the forefront.

Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with clients
  • Oversee daily workshop control, ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently
  • Support quoting, billing, and parts coordination to keep the operation running seamlessly
  • Provide technical understanding to assist the workshop team where needed

About You
  • A trade-qualified Automotive Mechanic/Auto Electrician or proven experience supporting technical teams
  • Experience across multiple automotive brands
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
  • Clear, confident communication skills with both customers and team members
  • A drive to continuously learn and step up into leadership responsibilities
