A leading hotel in Christchurch is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee nightly Front Office operations. Responsibilities include managing audits, addressing guest inquiries, and training staff on emergency protocols. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a NZ General Managers Certificate, with the ability to work overnight shifts. As Assistant Night Manager you’ll deliver this through managing all aspects of nightly Front Office operations. You’ll be responsible for the auditing of the day’s transactions and ensure a smooth and successful roll-over of the hotel to a new day. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
