What you’ll be doing:
  • Support the Store Manager in driving day-to-day operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, ensuring performance and engagement remain high
  • Assist with financial operations, including KPIs, sales metrics, and P&L management
  • Deliver and inspire exceptional customer service, encouraging your team to always put the customer first
  • Ensure compliance and processes are followed in line with industry standards
  • Lead by example – be hands-on, visible, and motivating on the shop floor
