Overview

Aquinas College is a co-educational, state-integrated Catholic College, Y7–13, situated in Tauranga. This high-performing and highly regarded special character school caters for 830 students.

We are seeking an assistant leader of learning social science to join our well resourced faculty that provides a positive team environment. This position has become available due to roll growth.

This is a full-time, permanent role with start date January 2026. The role involves working with students in Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, teaching Social Sciences. The school asks applicants to state their subject strengths; a teacher of geography would be advantageous. Support for the special character of the school is expected.
