• Personal Training Certification (preferred).
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience overseeing staff management, hiring, training, and discipline.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills to foster a positive environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MindBody Online, GloFox, and media platforms.

Assistant Fitness Studio Manager

Our F45 family is looking to expand our management team. As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will partner with the Studio Manager to provide leadership and direction to the team. You will lead the sales function by executing lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness membership sales and promote the health benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The Assistant Studio Manager is a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Manager in executing the annual marketing plan, including social media, digital/print marketing, and community events.
• Support daily operational tasks alongside the Studio Manager.
• Manage operational procedures and ensure adherence to systems and studio practices, including member check-in, inquiries, payments, delinquent accounts, and customer care.
• Maintain a consistent sales effort by setting daily sales goals, running contests, and establishing outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships with local businesses and community groups.
• Oversee membership sales process, grow the membership base, and achieve client retention and referral goals.
• Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude toward clients and staff.
• Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain studio branding.
• Participate in at least two training sessions per week to stay knowledgeable about our programs.
