Job summary

About the role

Key Responsibilities Include

• Preparing monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinating timely distribution and receipt of credit card spending
• Maintain Bank reconciliations and undertake processing of bank transactions (shared role)
• Assisting with Cashflow reporting
• Assisting with Monthly and Annual Reporting
• Reconciliation of interdivisional transactions and balances
• Providing support to the Senior Finance Team
• Assisting in ensuring the integrity of MIT's financial data

To Be Successful In The Role You Will Have

• Degree level qualification in accountancy or a related field, or the equivalent body of knowledge gained through experience.
• Relevant accounting experience in a large complex organisation.
• Experience using an ERP system (preferably Technology One). Sound computer skills, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrable experience in successful completion of regular Balance sheet and Bank reconciliations and credit card transaction processing.
