The Role

Ensure MediaWorks's asset structures are well maintained, safe and meet all regulatory and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Large Format (billboards) asset structures
• Manage contractor agreements and lifecycle of Assets' structures
• Develop and manage the Asset, Repairs & Maintenance budget, monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and Health & Safety standards
• Prepare reports on operational performance and financial metrics

About You

• Previous warehouse management experience, ideally in a medium-sized business environment
• Physically fit, hands-on, and always safety conscious and accountable
• Existing working knowledge of health and safety practices
• Experience in media sales operations
• Ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of people and situations
