A local government authority is seeking a dynamic asset management professional to lead strategic infrastructure initiatives and asset management excellence. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and a relevant tertiary qualification. We are seeking a dynamic asset management professional to drive Council's strategic infrastructure initiatives and lead asset management excellence across our diverse operational portfolio.
As our subject matter expert, you will develop comprehensive asset management plans aligned with the Long-Term Plan, create financial models for investment decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will monitor expenditure, conduct performance analysis, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide expert advice to leadership while building stakeholder relationships to maximise community benefit through responsible resource allocation.
